What materials are used in your jewellery?

We use only cubic zirconia gems for all of our bridal jewellery. This is because cubic zirconia gives a better colour, clarity and sparkle than any other diamond simulant. All of our jewellery is crafted from brass and rhodium plated to illuminate the gems and prevent tarnishing. We use a mixture of freshwater pearls and south sea shell pearls (synthetic pearls coated in the same nacre material as found in natural pearls) depending on the shape of pearl required.

Will my purchase look exactly as on your website?

We endeavour to display each item as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the true colour of gem stones and other materials will be represented exactly as the colours that you see will depend on your monitor's display settings and other factors beyond our control. All sizes and measurements given are as accurate as possible.

When will my order be sent?

We aim to despatch all orders from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. All New Zealand orders are delivered by Courier Post. Most NZ centres will receive their package within 1-2 working days from the date of despatch, however some rural areas may experience longer delivery times. If there is a delay you will be contacted immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide via International Air Mail. Shipping time is 5 - 10 business days depending on location. Worldwide shipping via International Air Mail is $12.99 NZD regardless of location.
We also offer international courier delivery to the United States of America and the United Kingdom for $35.00 NZD. This method should arrive to you within 2 - 6 working days and is trackable.

What if I want to exchange my item(s)?

Due to the special occasion nature of the items sold on this website we do not refund for change of mind purchases. We will however exchange an item if you find it to be unsuitable once it arrives. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery that you wish to exchange your item(s). All items returned must be in original, brand new condition, with all tags attached and original packaging. The cost of returning the item and shipping the replacement item is the responsibility of the buyer. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage in transit of items being returned to us.
